The staff were amiable and gentle, were waiting for us in the beautiful foyer. Walking to Harrison subway station takes about 15 minutes.

Truly enjoyed this fairly clean place with good location and staff. The room with breakfast.

Liked our real good stay there a lot. The best great historic hotel we ever visited before now, our check-in was good. The restaurant was excellent and its excellent dishes are to die for.

No complaints whatsoever, the venue met the demands. Enchanting hotel, the stay was good, handy location close to most attractions. I got double room for 2 nights with a queen size bed and turning the heating down, for instance, appreciated it. In general the staff were helpful and efficient.

The hotel was clean based in a historic style building with decent staff. Very comfy bed, well decorated room and non-smoking, I really enjoyed it.

I stayed here 2 nights and I loved it. There was Michigan & Harrison bus station very close to the hotel;)))

The room was neat and non-smoking, the hotel was clean. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a fridge in the room and the extremely comfy bed. Marvellous and decent location near to a central library.

I had fantastic days staying at this business hotel. The rooms were cool, it was fairly clean and fairly large venue. The beach was nice. Besides, the area was sketchy, next to depaul university. The entire staff was willing to help and condescending.

Spotless, fully equipped hotel, trendy rooms and welcoming staff.

Very informative staff, beautifully decorated rooms and free breakfast. Awesome view, a nice balcony, lovely bed, too. Main bar was good and fairly clean. We greatly enjoyed the very central location of the hotel and had a very delightful time here. Also, there was a premier natural-history museum, set within 20 minutes drive. It was value for money.

Good restaurant, well-trained staff, ideal position. Bed was comfy; room was splendid and fancy. Thoroughly enjoyed Chicago, the hotel was fair. Clean pool to relax in too. It was very good stay, I didn't feel like leaving and would love to come back here some time.

This lovely central hotel was worth a visit, reasonable price. Very light and immaculate room, rather good breakfast and flexible staff. Spacious enough suite and extra comfortable bed. Restaurant was average and pretty clean.
